Order no 0865321.
Bought a tablet for rs 2667/rs. The sim slot was defective, no repairs could fix the problem
. (I spent another 6oo/rs) for the repair. I have sent many complaints against this fraudulent scammer ebay but to no avail.

I lost my money and i returned their defective unic tablet so i am left with nothing.
Now, if i try to login to ebay it is not accepting my mail id which is horrifying!
I request this court to help me

Updated by scher [protected] order number, just placed an order for the uni c tablet as before, i am sincerely hoping that ebay will play fair this time round. Already paid for, with rs 2667/-
I request this court to order ebay to return the uni c tablet
Which i am entitled to having paid for it already.
Ebay deliberately blocked my mail id so that they could get away with such a filthy crime.
I ordered the same item by cash on delivery

I need help of this court to order ebay to send the item without payment since i have already paid for it

Do dare to trust this scamming ebay again.?

Updated by scher Ebay just told me that it is not their concern if my money is not refunded

Because i do not have a receipt of the item i received. So unfair!

I ordered the same defective tablet so i could tell customer service that i already have paid for it, but this lady informs me that ebay will neither return the money nor the item
Just because my mail i had to change, as it was hacked into.

Ebay can go to hell

this is ebay's repeated response which i tried but nothing happened the customer care person assured my item will not be returned and i will not get a refund. yes this is ebay. the thief the rouge. the epitome of corruption
