[Resolved] Ebay.in — poor product quality, return claim rejected

Hi,

I have ordered for below product through ebay.com and payed online for it.
When the product arrived, it was crumpled and with poor quality.
Due to this, io raised an ebay claim for return of the product.
However, ebay has rejected the claim, without statung any reason.
Please help resolving the issue.

Updated by santhwana I already went to this url http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home and raised an ebay claim. But the claim has been rejected without giving any reason. Please refer the snapshot in my above complaint.
