I have purchased power bank as per detials below:
→ Order ID - OID190046 dated 07.09.2016
→ Product - 20800 Mah PowerBank
→ POD No. - C[protected]
→ Logistic Partner - WOW
→ Expected Delivery - 5-7 Days
The power bank delivered to me is faulty and I am unable to charge it. since I received, I am trying to call customer care no. but the moment I select option of complain, no body pick up the phone. only email id available is [protected]@ebazar.ninja I have sent an email also but remain unanswered.
No other clue how to raise my complain for refund of money and return of goods.
feel cheated.

Even I have faced similar case with the Power/bank purchased- there is no response from the website for complaints.
The customer service is too bad-needs immediate action to be taken on them
