[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — About faulty power bank

I have ordered a 20800 mAh power bank. It suppose to charge a mobile at least 5times of 4000 mAh battery. But it charging only 2 times after that it get exhausted. So, I need a replacement or else provide my money back against a faulty and damaged powerbank.

I have recieved a damaged powerbank

I have received a damaged power bank .
I have tried contacting the ebazar people but there is no response from them, even I have sumbitted more that 2 tickets for logging complaint, then too there was no response.
