I, do hereby acknowledge the receipt of 2 Nos of Power Bank as ordered. But I am sorry to inform you that 1 of the Power Bank is not having any tag/specification about the product which is a mandatory requirement about the product so that the same can be identified. I hereby request you to look into the matter and replace the said item immediately. The photo of the Power Bank has been attached with mail dt. 29.04.2017 for your kind information and necessary action in the said matter will be highly appreciated.
