Subject : - Complaint against Mi 20000 MAH product
Sir/Mam,
I am sending my product back to you as my Order No. OID273470 I have received my order on 14th December and due to some reason I’m unable to check this product. While using this product I’m getting the following issues:-
• I have charged the product for 8-9 hrs but till now the battery of the power bank is low very fast.
• I reached to MI Service Centre to confirm that the product is real or not they said that the product is fraud it wasn't the 'genuine' MI product. What is this?
• I have received data cable in a very bad condition.
• I have mailed the complaint on 19.12.2016 but since now no response was given to me .
• Fault was yours and I have to pay for this. This is not done I have charged 150 Rs. for courier.
You are requested to resolve my issues and replace my product or refund my money back .
