Ebazar Ninja — Complaint against order no. OID305252 | |||||
Dear Team I have made a purchase from eBazar Ninja vide order number OID305252 dated Jan 13, 2017 1:05:01 PM As per the description in the website while ordering, I choose MI brand with 6 months warranty. I received the product after number of calls to customer care. The product I received was defective and was NOT of MI brands. There was no specific warranty letter provided as well. I called customer care that day and requested for a replacement with original MI product. Initially Customer care said, it was a mistake and they will be replacing the product with original MI with warranty. They did not send any confirmation mail after numerous requests. And post a week, When I called again, they said the same will be replaced with another brand and not MI one. So I requested them to refund as I dont need anything else except MI. They did not respond after that and started giving various excuses like, there is no policy of refund, we will be giving you a coupon..etc. I am done following up with them. I literally had to call everyday and ask for an update. Everytime, someone picks the call and repeats the same thing . On Saturday, i.e 04/02/2017, I made a call to finally ask if they are going to refund or not. One the associate from eBazar Ninja told that some one from refund team will get back to me on Sunday(05/02/2017). Here I am, waiting for the team to get back to me.today, I made a call again and got the same assurance from the team that I will be getting call soon I will be filing an FIR very soon if this goes beyond my stretch.
