Sir, I am to inform you that on 29th of may 2017 i received my order seal packed. When i open the same the power bank is damaged from one side. The blue indication light as well as led light is also not working. I am tried to call your customer care whole day but all the lines were busy entire day. Hence i request for returning the product and resend me the undamaged piece to the mail id [protected]@ebazar. Ninja. On same day they inquired by mail that kindly send the photograph of the damaged piece. On same day at 8:39 pm i send the photographs of the damaged piece and inform them that charging indicator is also not working. Led light is not working. Body is also damaged. Then after on 31st may at 4:30 pm reply received that the pick up is already initiated from there side courier person will be there at your place within 5-7 business days. We request you to please share the tracking details with us so that we track the order. Then on 1 june i again send them my address as well as order details. There after i remind them to send the details of he pick up on 1st june, 8th june and 12th june however till date no positive response i had received. Was this information helpful? | |||||
