This complaint is regarding one of the product that was delivered on 04/06/2016 against the order number: OID101315 for a 20800 mah power bank which came as a defective one. I had already registered a complaint against this and wrote to the support team for which a complaint was registered as well but besides writing to them for almost weeks now I have not been able to receive any kind of feedback or support from them. To make it even worse when ever a call is made on this number: [protected] then by clicking on option 2 for registering complaint I am never connected to the respective customer care executive and till now I have not received any call from them.
Now, all of a sudden today in the morning the complaint I raised has been closed down without being resolved which is the most unprofessional way of dealing with the problems associated with the defective products being delivered.
Now, besides raising the ticket again and again and attaching the pics for the defective product and by not been able to talk to the customer care people it seems that there is something wrong with the company and the whole management team.
It would be really nice if there is a solution to my problem because like me there are others as well for the same problem Was this information helpful? |
