I purchased a mi powerbank 10400 mah on 27.08.16 from the site of ebazar. ninja.
My order number is oid178451. i received the item but it is unable to charge the phone and total wasted my money. i request for refund and please take your item back.
Looking at the number of complaints, it is a clear cut case of cheating by the vendor.
Some action has to be taken against the vendor and immediately remove the add of this product from the site.

Updated by dubey_hari It has been a long time but no action from the vendor. I tried a lot to contact on phone and also mailed then but no positive response. In fact they disconnect the phone when I talk about complaint.
Surprisingly yesterday I got a mail that your compaint has been resolved and ticket has been closed.
Today also I called up but again the same story of disconnecting the phone.
Faulty product we can understand, it happens some time but the response by the vendor is not at all acceptable.
This site is a big cheater. Please do not purchase any damn thing from this site.
