I recieved. the mi power bank (10400 mah) against order id no. oid179312 on 06.09.2016. the item i recd. is without company packing box, bill, manual & warranty card. i found that the product is not as described as compared to the original at the company website & seems fake. i tried to contact you at ph. [protected] but could not connect, even after trying many a times and days. i request them to arrange to return the item & refund my money at the earliest.

I have been trying to contact you people since 8th sep and product is not in working condition... i am unable to charge my mobile and it is not original product.

Please refund the money asap.
