I had purchased a mi 20000 power bank from this website which is not working. I did not even come with its casing. Have put it on charge for about 12 hours and still doesn't work. Please refund my money. Have raised a couple of requests in the website absolutely no response. Had called the customer service number a few times couldn't reach them. ***Absolute waste of money*** do not buy anything from this website..
