Ebazar Ninja — Fake and damaged powerbank.

I ordered Mi 20800 mah power bank from the website ebazar ninja. I received a fake and damaged power bank with no warranty card with it. I have called them svseral times but the number is switched off. I also mailed but they are not responding. Kindly help me so i could get my money back.The carging slot was broken from inside. Also the USB cable which i got along the power bank does not works properly. Everyday i call on the given number it is switched off. Kindly help me in refunding the amount and returning tbe product.
