Ebazar Ninja — Fake mi power bank 20800 mah

Sir, I have purchased one Mi 20800 Power Bank through ebazar.ninja.com vide order Id OID18061 and Invoice dated 16.12.2015. But the product is fake and not a genuine Mi product. I cannot afford fake products which can endanger my life even. I, therefore requested the supplier through their consumer support at [protected] who told me to send a mail at "[protected]@ebazar.ninja". Though I sent three mails but no response has been received till date. My request is that the fake product be taken back immediately and my money refunded besides paying me compensation.
