Ebazar Ninja — Fake product/no response/charging code not working

I bought a new mi 20000 mah power bank through ebazar. The product i received was just bubble wrapped without a cover of mi. The cable received was partially damaged and not working. There is no bar code or any kingd of description on the product and it looks fake. I tried reaching out to customer care several times, but no response.

Power bank not working output is not getting but charging power bank work properly. At the time of charging blinking of LED working Good. Recharging time there is no indication
