Got a fake xiomi Power charge bankon Jan 7th 2016 . Returned it . the courier is delivered and its been almost two months and all what i am doing is calling their customer care almost everyday where some dumb **** shivani mohpatra picks the call every time and she has gall to laugh over the phone while talking to customers and make fun of them and then repeat one sentence - madam give us some time. Send millions of emails to them . no response. they have wasted so much time of mine. I am filling a complaint not only for selling fake products in market but having arrogant indiscipline customer care.
