Ebazar Ninja — Faulty mi 20000mah boom power bank

I had ordered online and received mi 20000 mah boom power bank from ebazar ninja with following details

My complaint is that the product (Power bank) which i received has a faulty point for charging. The charger pin is not getting inserted into the charging point.

I tried to call their customer care nos. 91 [protected] several times which is always switched off. Other no.[protected] gives recorded message that all lines are busy. Hence i can not contact them on mobile or landline nos. Given by the company.

I would like to replace the product or if it is not possible, would like to get the refund of rs. 899 which i paid by cash on delivery.
