Powerbank delivered is defective since I was on a business trip I have unpacked it only last night and tested it. I have tried calling their listed phone support number over a dozen times today but it just rings and a recorded message is issued,
Please help get a refund

Updated by satis27 Mr Parmider Singh the concerned authority from eBazar Ninja had contacted me over phone in the last half hour. He has assured me that a replacement duly checked for quality will be disptached and the original defective piece will be collected from me.
I now await the receipt of the replacement and will provide an update on this site once I receive the same.
