Dear team, I don’t understand whom to address, for the faulty product received at my doorstep. I have complain about the same to your service department, ticket has been generated 11 days back, Matter of surprise started from last 3 days, your team is closing the tickets from remote location frequently, without resolving the same. Check the trail mail to understand the scenario, Can you pls suggest the way forward.
