I have taken power bank in rs 600 from ebazar ninja. It was mention in there site it is mi product. But when the product came it was duplicate one which we get roadside. I asked them for returning the product now they are denying to take it. They are saying it is oem product but also from product it is quite clear it is not oem product. Also, mi team have denying of selling any part to ebazar.

Now, i am stuck with such product. Need help to resolve it. Now they are not helping us with it.

Updated by Katie510 Here by request you to take action on this complaint. This is the very first time i have ordered something from your site and i hope you don't want to make a bad impression on your customer and force them to some legal action.

If this issue doesn't solve i have to raise this to escalate further to consumer court.
