Ebazar Ninja — I have not received my refund since 25 days of product returned

I had ordered a power bank from this site but it turned out to be a fake one and so I had returned the power bank.
It was 899₹ and I was told I would receive the refund within few days and after numerous calls I have still been made a fool that the payment will happen the very next day of the call. I need the money as soon as possible. Its been more then 15 days that m being made a fool regarding the refund as they mention that the different reasons like the account details are incorrect or they will say that they have not received any other account details (whereas I had personally on call given them the details of alternate bank account as well as mailed them the details)
the product was ordered on 20th of December 2016.
and the product was returned immediately two days later.
Since then I have been trying to call them and ask them for the refund but its being impossible to get the refund.
