[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Mi 10400mah power bank not working

In just 5 days of the delivery of the powerbank it stopped working. It is not even starting. Infact the light is also not coming. The main switch button is also not working. This is a dublicate piece which i received. I tried calling the customer care no. But it is switch off continuously. I send an email 10 days back but till today i haven't got any reply nor a call from your representative. Please replace this powerbank with a new one. Please reply asap and keep the customer care no. On so that we can get help through it or else give some another contact details
