I bought 20800 mah powerbank. The website shows it is a mi product but the product delivered was eb mi. I have called hundred times to customer care and when i select complaint option, the call will go to voice mail. Many times the call will not even connect and which says the business hours are from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, but the funny thing is ; i always call during business hours only.

Very bad experience I what to return the product but there is no response from customer care. At the time of delivery only I've tried to return the product seeing that it is fake but the delivery boy denied to take it, if the packet is opened and returned, he need to pay for it..
But at the time of product confirmation - customer care person told me that I can cancel or return the product at the time of delivery.
