[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Mi 20800 mah power bank discharge problem

I ordered mi (Co)'s 20800 mah power bank and i get it within time period that is as on 27.05.2016 but i have facing power backup issue, before use power bank i charge it for 4 to 5 hours and then i charge my mobile phone on it but power bank unable to charge my j7, within 1 hour of charging power bank discharge and turn off. My order no. Is oid92496
O please solve it at the earliest and replace the item which i purchase from you as soon as possible.
