i have ordered for MI power bank EB 10400 on 21st July 2016 with order id ODI143680 and it was delivered on 28th july morning, i found it in non working condition, called up to customer care no but all were busy, i got message that will call back later, but not got any call from customer care, i tried next day also but same not got any reply.
feeling like lost my money Rs. 599/- on bogus product and very very worst customer service, i will not recommend any one to order from this web site.

I order a product(mi20800mah) through Bazar Ninja.com.but i received a duplicate useless product.not working and damaged product.
i tried to refund/exchange, but i did not get any reply.
