I ordered for "MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank" as COD with order Id #OID130799.
The product which I received was duplicate which does't have any logo or bar code and other information as on Original Product which my colleague purchased from MI website.
So I mailed them for return on 26th July, 2016 and on 23rd Aug, 2016 they agreed to take back the product and on 28th aug, 2016 they took the product with one slip.
As I ordered COD, so after lot of mails they finally asked for my account details to transfer the amount (1050/-) on 20th sep, 2016 and which I provided the very next day on 21st Sep, 2016.
After that I mailed them and even called to their customer care, when I told that I will go for customer complain, they replied "Its your right you can go for that".
And today its 5th Oct, 2016 I still not received any money.
