i have purchase a mi 20800Mah power bank from eninja online shopping website, the eninja delivery boy delivered a faulty power bank after that i am calling to eninja customer care executive he told me please send back to eninja warehouse a delivery boy get back power bank from my home and not give any reciept than i called again to eninja customer care executive he confirm that your e voucher will be recieved soon withing a week, but till date not refund make as well as not recieved any voucher...please help me in this matter

my order id OID127770. i have not recieved any refund amount/ couprn voucher from your side till date earlier coversation between you and me you said me wait for 4-5 working days your refund amount will be recieved soon. till date i have not recieved any refund amount. so please look into this matter. thanks
