[Resolved] Ebazar. Ninja — Money not return | |||||
I placed an order on ebazar. Ninja 25th march 2016 for lime combo of polo tshirt (Cash on delivery) order id: oid58300 amount 1799/- pod no:[protected], but the quality of product was bad, i return the product next day & they pickup product, after that i called on [protected] many times for return money but only one time my call was received & committed me to return money in next 7 days & i send them my bank details more than 10 times but now more than 3 months i have not received my payment from ebazar & no one is receiving my call on [protected], i send mail more than 30 times but no response from ebazar & no one callback me, please suggest me what to do to get my money back. Verified Support Jul 08, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated refund , so we are closing the case from our side.
