I ordered two tables… one tiny table for my laptop and a second adjustable computer table that can be used while sitting on a chair or even an easy chair.
I ordered both of them together (Order number oid4939) on (24th september 2015). As they didn’t have cod facilities. I paid the entire amount upfront online.
I was awaiting eagerly for my two tables.
After a week or so, i got one of the tables – the bed laptop table and didn’t get the other bigger one. They sent me an invoice that had both listed! Now i accepted and they told me the other one was being sent by a different vendor.
I got an apologies mail from them for a goofup. They promised in the mail that they will send the larger table soon. I waited and waited… it never reached me.
I thought they are a new organization and such things happen – i should be tolerant and await it. They will send it.
I waited and wrote to them again after 2 months – where is my table? They told me its on the way.
Then they wrote to me stating that they have already delivered it. Now i asked them where is the proof? Any signatures?
I wrote to them over the last 5 months repeatedly – initially they didn’t reply. Now they just inform me that they have raised the ticket and then they promptly close it! An internal game!
I am left on the lurch. They didn’t bother to sort this out. I think this is a negligence that needs to be told to the world. Its not about the money (Rs 1880) but it’s the attitude.
What should i do?
