I ordered a powerbank by making a payment of 899 rupees on 5th november 2016 but it was not sent even in 2 weeks, after getting fed up, I cancelled my order around 20th November 2016. Since then I have been following up for my refund, but no refund recd even after getting fake promises from customer care officials. Please do some needful and arrange my refund.
