I have ordered a MI 20000 portable powerbank vide Order ID - OID238758, POD No. - [protected] in October 2016. Order confirmation mail received on 26th October 2016. Till date I have not received the ordered product, nor the refund. I have raised the issue several times but still not resolved.The ticket numbers are closed several times without any resolution.
