Hi
I have purchased one fitness band from e bazar ninja on 25th march. It was not compatible with my mobile, hence, i request to e bazar to return the product.
After followup, on 3rd may, 16 the product is being reshipped to e bazar through their courier partner. The same is received by e bazar team and confirmed me on 5th may, 16 through e mail communication.
From 5th may, 16, i am regularly chasing the team for refund my money or credit the money in my account so that i can purchase any other item, but no responsible or reasonable answer is given to me.
I am getting the same answer from last 45 days that they have escalated the matter but still unresolved.
I tried to contact them over their customer care but no one picks customer care number.
I suppose this site is created just to cheat people and indian consumer forum need to cross check and penalize the company for misstatement and no response & resolving the customer complaint.
I am enclosing the chain mail of communication of last 2 months.
Kindly support me to resolve the above so that i can get my refund back or get credit in my account.
