Hi,
I am extremely disappointed with the above mentioned product... First of all i was supposed to get the delivery by 19th july and it finally reached me on 29th july.
Further to this we checked and understood that the product is faulty and does not work properly.
I called your customer service team and spoke to shankar,, who thinks he is gods gift to customer service... He has such a bad attitude on call and is not empathetic to the customer at all... I asked him to help me and he gave me the companies policy on how to replace the piece... When i asked him if there is any exception he can do he said no and was very arrogant... He should be removed from serving customers immediately as he is a disgrace to customer service.. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he strongly told me that he cannot transfer the call.
He further has the audacity to ask me " isn't 48 hours not suffiecient for you to replace this product??' my answer is no... You company must understand that it takes time for a customer to understand if there is a problem with the device or not
Please keep in mind.. I am not the only customer who is complaining about this problem.. I have read so many customer reviews with the same feedback... I want to know what is the company doing about this... You dont seem to be bothered about customers inconvenience at all...
I want this piece replaced else i will be forced to approach customer forum... I am left with no choice...
