Hi Team,

I had Ordered from the Xiomi MI PowerBank from eBazar Ninja dated 3rd Sep'16 with TIN: [protected], however when the product is received, it is duplicate.
The package is not of MI and also there is no Bar Code present. There is no logo of the company in the Product.
The product is also not working properly- gets discharged within half an hour.
could you please help address the complaint asap by either return and refund or through exchange of the product with original Item.
I even tried calling the Customer Care- where there is no response to the calls from eBazar Ninja.
