I ordered one MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank on 22 July, 2016 for which I paid Rs. 1050 /-

But on delivery I found the product seems to be duplicate and not working properly. I immediately returned the product and I was told that I will be receiving the a coupon code of equal amount, which I can use for further buy. The product was returned and delivered to Ebazar on 19 Aug, 2016.
Its almost 3-4 weeks, but I am yet to receive any coupon code for the same. First of all to connect to customer care is hell lot of pain, I need to dial atleast 10 times to connect to customer care executive and everytime they are saying " Sir, we have processed your request. please wait for 24 Hours".
I am really clueless what do they mean by "24 hours".
