Date of incident — 02/04/2016 Client number: [protected] I ordered a power bank of mi online from www. Ebazar. Ninja but the product i received was not guinine hence i raised a request for refund on 02/04/2016 and then i received a mail from their customer care asking for my bank account details and i have provided the details on 06/04/2016. Aug 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 01, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated refund , so we are closing the case from our side.
