I had ordered a phone vie OID 22949. It was delivered on 11/01/2016 I had asked for a replacement. the original piece was duly picked up on 12/01/2016 vide acknowledgement slip of Pickingo courier no 350552.(request id P[protected]. However, there is no response from the customer service team for the last 3 weeks.

While I got a phone call from the vendor, the issue remains unresolved. This looks like a case of cheating. I think firm action should be taken against the site owners.

Not refunding my 980 RS

I purchased a product paid the amount online but soon found bad things about this product online so i just mailed them to refund my amount and cancel my order but they are not picking up the phone and didn't replying my through mail also.
i purchased this product 16 days before .
