I purchased a n MI portable Charger worth 980 and it stopped working in 2 days..
I am writing to them since a month but they don't reply to me at all.
I have attached screenshots for the same
When I ordered the product, they seemed to b v nice and called me to confirm and all
So after my complaints were unheard I ordered another product so they called me in an hour to confirm the same. I complained it to them and they said I will receive a revert in 1 day but haven't heard from them since
I have written 2 complaints till date
I don't know where to go and whom to complaint
Please help
