Ebazar Ninja — Power bank 20800 from xiaomi | |||||
Dear Sir, I ordered the above product from EBazar Ninja on 7th Aug 2016, which was delivered to me on 13.08.2016. Since I was going out of town, decided to open it only after returning back. Hence the delay in lodging the complaint. So, after coming back I recharged the power bank yesterday. Today morning when I saw the other side of the powerbank, where from we charge the powerbank itself or the mobile, I noticed that, that side ( where 20800mAh is written ) is inflated ( similar to what we see with a piece of wood when it has stayed in water for some span of time ). Also slight scratches were seen on the product. Even if I consider it to have been caused in transit, the packing should have been better. Well, I did purchase one power bank with 20800mAh earlier too and that has worked very fine till date. That is why I ordered another one from Ebazar. But never thought I will have a defective product this time around. I today called the customer care but could hear a "tape" going on saying "all our representatives are busy now. Your call is important to us. We will attend your call shortly" till almost 5 minutes. Finally, one (taped?) voice said, "Your call is important to us. We already have your number. and we will give you a call shortly". So this is the response of the so-called "Customer care" of E-Bazar Ninja. Mind you, this number is NOT TOLL-FREE.
