Placed order for the above mentioned product on 10 october, 2016. Paid online by debit card.
Received mail acknowledging the same. Order id oid220993.

Received mail on 11 october saying the product has been dispatched. Expected deliver-5 to 7 days. Product not received.

After the 7th day started calling their costumer care +91-[protected] every alternate day. Asked to wait till diwali.

Even sent mail to them but was told taking action. Told them to repay my amount of rs.599/- to my bank account no; (With ifsc code).
Even recent mail says - taking action.

Neither have i received my money or the product.

Now it is 3rd december and so far no action
