For oid 166207, we ordered mi 10400 powerbank - we received the product today and from the first look itself, it appears fake - says eb something - no original packing or any documents - simply wraped in bubble plastic. I called up customer care and they are rude and unwilling to tend to the complaint. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks.

I called up the customer care several times and escalated to senior management. Finally, they agreed to refund my money. Though it took me 4 weeks to get the refund, finally its done. So, marking as resolved.

Updated by Neh1981 The website still shows image of an original MI powerbank - the guys are audacious enough to show an original product and deliver a fake one.
