Big fraud. My orderid is 232633. I ordered for mi powerbank for 20800 mah. I received the order after a week with invoice dated 22/10/2016. The charging pin of the product was damaged and the product was also duplicate. I registered a complaint with the customer care but it was collected 10 days after the complaint. I received my replaced product on dec.01, 2016 after a long gap on the very same day after three hours without charging the powerbank i plugged in my phone to charge it. Now came the worst thing, the power button couldn't make the powerbank switch off. After 10 minutes i saw smoke coming out of the powerbank. It spoiled my costly cell phone completely. I called the customer care and registered my complained. I wished to talk to the higher authorities but i was denied. I demanded to replace the duplicate powerbank in the name of mi with the original one i ordered for. Every time i call the customer care it costs me 5 rupees. Who will bear the loss of my phone, time and money? Should i go for the consumer court. It is totally fraud in the name of mi product. I want my original mi powerbank 20800 mah that i have paid for.
No more patience is left now.
