Ebazar Ninja — Received damaged product 20800 mah power bank | |||||
I have ordered a product on 14th April from eBazar Ninja.I have received a damaged product of 20800 Mah PowerBank on April 18th 2017 and on the same day asked the customer care to place a refund. Then my product was picked up by Delivery on 21st April 2017. I waited for 2 days and when I didn't receive any call from the team, I gave a call back from my end. For 3 days no one responded to my call neither my mail. Still I kept on trying if some body picks any call. Finally 1 day my call was attended and I was told the same that once we receive your product our respective team will give you a call back. On May 5th I got a mail response, that they have received my product. From that day till now I didn't receive any call nor any mail. I am still waiting for my refund.
