I had purchased a power bank from ninja. But the power bank was damage. So i had send a refund request. But from last two months i am not getting the refund. When i was trying to call customer care no one has pick up my phone. Last time when i talked to customer executive she told me that i will get refund within two days but still it is pending. Today when i talked to customer executive he told me that i will not get refund i will get voucher only. My order i'd is oid56677. I don't know what is happening with me. If you are not interested to return my money then please let me know
