Purchased a power bank, but did not like the quality on receipt of the product hence returned the product. The customer care promised to give compensatory coupons for same amount. The coupon code was applied for buying new product from their site but it just won't apply. We asked customer care to resolve the problem with coupon code and since then there has been no help. It has been over 2 months now seeking support from so called customer support!!! they are not also ready to refund the money!!
