I complained against ebazar.ninja.com on 5th of Sep., 2016 through your portal on the above subject, recd. a call from their side on[protected] that the return/refund will be processed, but has not heard anything from them since then. I tried to contact at the phone no. from which the call was recd. & Ph. [protected] (given on company website) but could not connect/contact. I again request them to arrange to return the item & refund my money at the earliest & stop making fool of public.

Sep 21, 2016 Updated by Inder71 I have received a mail dated 21.09.2016 from ebazar.ninja that the ticket has been closed for order # OID182843 mentioning that it has been resolved, but nothing has been done so far & the matter is pending to be resolved. It was informed by them on 14.09.2016 that a reverse pickup against my order will be arranged within 5-7 working days & refund will be processed, but nothing heard from them since then.
I once again request them to arrange to pick up the item and refund my money at the earliest.

Verified Support Sep 21, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response Due to some technical issue All mails are marked as closed, Don't worry as Soon RPU will done will initiate the Refund.
Note-Sir kindly Pack the product properly as first attempt was failed due to product packing not ready.

Now, on 28.09.2016 I recd. a call that the refund has been initiated and shall reflect in 1-2 days in my account, but I have not recd. the refund till date. I have tried to contact many a times on the numbers from which I recd. the call but could not contact. Please look into the matter & arrange to make refund at the earliest.

Phone nos. given by them are never reachable, also calling to the nos. from which any call is recd. from them is not working. Please look into the matter & arrange to make refund at the earliest.

Oct 17, 2016 Updated by Inder71 This is with ref. to my regular reminders at intervals for refund against order ID No. OID182843, since the item was returned long back on 23.09.2016 for more than 25 days, but nothing has been done by ebazar.ninja although it was told at the time of pickup of the item that refund will be processed within 7 days, also I recd. a rare call from the representatives of ebazar.ninja on 28.09.2016 that the refund will be processed within a day or two. I dont know how much more time that I shall have to wait to get the refund of the returned item. There is no way that the representatives of ebazar.ninja can be contacted, Phone nos. given by them are never reachable. Please look into the matter & arrange to make refund at the earliest.
