I ordered for one mi20800 mah power bank on 25/09/2016 (order no. oid206732) for rs.980 and received the product on 30/9/2016. but it is a fake item, which is not working at all. i have tried to contact them on mobile no.[protected], on the same day, but no one picked up. finally i could contact them only on 3rd october morning and i lodged a complaint. they suggested me to complain via email, which also i did the same day. i have not received any reply so far. i once again request you to replace the fake one with original one or refund the money. otherwise i will be constrained to lodge a complaint with new delhi.
