I purchased a mi brand 10400mah power bank of rs.599/-. i felt product is duplicate and sent back but after taking my product back also they didn't refunded my money. its ben almost 4 months they took my product back. my order id is oid27527 ordered on jan 21, 2016 12:33:52 pm. my package was taken back on[protected] by pickingo through request id p98376990. but till now didnt received my money

Even I tried contacting your customer care no.[protected] on 05/07/2016 at 11:39 am.But they didn't connect to your customer care people got a response we will contact u and call got disconnected.
