I have an ebixcash gift card which is valid and not expired.
However, I am unable to use this card. When I swipe the card at pos, it does not work.
While transacting online, it says invalid web pin.
I have tried contacting customer care numbers - [protected] - after selecting 0 on IVS to get a resolution, I am put on hold for more than 5 minutes and the call is disconnected. I have called them more than 5 times on 04/02/2021
I tried to contact for several days on number [protected], after selecting 0 on IVS there is no response.
