After entering the right credentials, It shows Internal error sometime, Sometime expired ID...

Hello I am using Ebixcash past 20 days. I am facing a lot of problems with my ebixcash account. when I fill in the account details of Bank of Baroda it shows an error or suspected fraud. all other bank accounts are working properly accept Bank of Baroda.

Actually as need to exchange cash from INR to Euros in RT Nagar brach and we found one guy from first table with french beard style he spoke very rudely with us to communicate in Kannada we are unable to talk Kannada he was not allow to communicate with other language even he did not talk properly also with this really we fed very much and we did not exchange our cash there

I am Anisetti Srinivasa Rao, my daughter A.Srisrujana studying in
Eastern Illinois University in Charleston USA. We happened to pay my daughter's semester fees to the university through EBIXCASH WORLD MONEY LIMITED from my account in Bank Of Baroda on 31 Jan 2023, an amount of INR 5, 56, 422.84/-.
Ebixcash received my amount and emailed on 31 January 2023 to me to send University order to pay my daughter's semester fees. But as a common man I don't have an idea of checking my email regularly. At least they did not inform to our bank. Since then Ebixcash kept my amount with it for 75 Days (From 31 JAN 2023 TO 16 April 2023) then University admin warned my daughter to pay the semester fees with fine. When I check back on 11 April 2023 we came to know that our amount of rupees 5, 56, 422.84/- was kept with Ebixcash. When I did not respond to ebixcash email they could have sent my money back to my bank account (Bank Of Baroda). My bank Officer says if the transaction is not done Ebixcash had to send money back to my account within one week. Finally I had to pay fine of rupees 48, 000/- to the university as there was delay in payment of semester fees for 75 Days because the amount was kept with ebixcash for these 75 Days. After 4 Days arguing with them they sent fee to university on 18 APRIL 2023.
My question is why should ebixcash keep my amount with them 75 Days and why I should pay late fees to the university and on the other hand I am paying interest to the bank. I lost on both sides.
So I request you to do justice in this case as early as possible.

I have been providing niche services for EBIX cash (erstwhile AssureEdge, Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd) for their client TVS Credit since Feb 2018.

Ebixcash prepaid cards issued by HDFC Bank does not work. Pin provided with cards are invalid and upon trying to pay through the card, it gets blocked due to invalid pin. Customer care doesn't care to provide a solution.

Hello sir I am resident of ghaziabad working in Noida office Ebix cash location Noida special economic zone sector 82 Noida want to inform you that now a day's corona cases has been increased so far and some cases are been identified in my office ..after been they are not closed the office please sir do the needful.. please don't disclose my identity. They're not worried about all of employees.. everyone has a family if they suffer From this disease how they will survive.. it's a humble request to you please do something for all please.. because We were working at home from the last 2 years and suddenly they opened office and now a day's to go outside at a very risky period I request you to work from home to be continue again .. please don't disclose my identity because it May suffer only me

I have been provided with a cash card of Rs. 6000 and it has not been working ever since. The customer care services of Ebixcash do not respond and my queries are falling on deaf years. This has been happening to me since February 2020.

I received 3 gift cards (ebixcash HDFC gift card) from my company last year on March 2020, but due to the pandemic I did not use the gift cards and the expiration date is given as 2022, however, this year 2021 I tried to use during my shopping but says card is expired so unable to purchase anything with it. I have been trying to reach their customer service through phone calls but nobody picked the calls, so I sent emails and they finally replied asking to provide my card serial number which I did, after this no response, it’s been a month with no reply and not able to reach their customer service over the phone. It’s really frustrating, why can’t they have a proper channel to handle the customer issue on a timely manner. I understand due to pandemic everything is delayed but it’s just too much. I cannot waste my gift card which is earned with my hard work..I need a resolution as soon as possible.

I have an ebixcash gift card which is valid and not expired.
However, I am unable to use this card. When I swipe the card at pos, it does not work.
While transacting online, it says invalid web pin.
I have tried contacting customer care numbers - [protected] - after selecting 0 on IVS to get a resolution, I am put on hold for more than 5 minutes and the call is disconnected. I have called them more than 5 times on 04/02/2021br...

I have been trying to reach ebixcash customer care for the past 10 days to unblock my prepaid card. No one answers the calls and even if they answer they disconnect without talking.

Payment for this irctc license renewal was made on 13th of march 2020 (Please check attachment for the receipt), following that on 19th of march 2020 i have received couple of text messages stating the activation, even the application status says "certificate downloaded" on e-mudra's website, but till now i have not received any e-token, neither my area officer is able to help regarding the same. I am running out of business for this delay. Please arrange the refund as soon as possible.
Please take quick action on this.

My name rajulal hiraram sirvi owner of raj medico and general store mira road east thane 401107. I applied for irctc railway id on 10 jun 2017 and 4600/- paid for id but ebixcash company not issue me id till now. When i call for area manager of ebixcash he said your documents are uncomplite. Then i given another documents but after that when i called they ask another quiry. When i called to maneger he said again quiry.
Now i said to ebixcash manager to refund my money he said amount can not be refunded. So i request you to solve my complain.
