Payment for this irctc license renewal was made on 13th of march 2020 (Please check attachment for the receipt), following that on 19th of march 2020 i have received couple of text messages stating the activation, even the application status says "certificate downloaded" on e-mudra's website, but till now i have not received any e-token, neither my area officer is able to help regarding the same.
